They have a large wine selection, a fantastic cheese plate, and amazing escargot. It warms my heart to know that there are still restaurants in this city that bring fresh warm flakey bread to the table when you are seated. Portions and prices are reasonable. Cash or check only.
The special I ordered was seafood over rice ... it was dry and bland. All the seafood must have been prepared days before. Very disappointing. When I talked to the server about the dish she said no one yesterday complained well, it might have been fresh yesterday but not today! She said that since the owner was not in the restaurant she could only remove my cocktail from the bill. We will not return.
Delightful small restaurant in a quiet area. We would be regulars if we didn't live 400 miles away! Apple and carrot soup was a real hit. About 5 minutes walk from the streetcar stop.
A quaint, intimate restaurant with truly delicious food, friendly and attentive staff, and a large selection of great wine and cocktails. Vegetarian options: The pizza is absolutely to die for, and you can build your own or choose from three different “house” pizzas the veggie, the Bianca, or the Ollivier, which are all vegetarian options. There are a few soup and salad selections, and the fries are perfection. Bread service is included with every meal, so no vegetarian should leave this place hungry.
Hidden gem! Favorite cozy restaurant in New Orleans. Feels like you stepped into a small bistro in France <3
