Great Wok - Crest Hill

We been ordering food for displays from the past five years today I stopped and ordered 30 worth of food when I receive my order I asked for hot sauce they say it's .25 I offered to pay with my credit card they told me cash only because it's not 10 they can only charge 10 to the credit card I ask if I can have hot sauce for free and they say no this was the last time we get food from this place

We ordered food last night for new years eve. It was disgusting. We got crab rangoons super dry and hard, sesame chicken dark and fatty the smoothies were gross how can you mess that up?! I will not eat here EVER again

So I'm new to the area and order from them a couple weeks ago. Food is ok. Not Weng Lee in Plainfield but just ok. So I give it another whirl this evening. I placed the order and picked it up with my husband. The fat rude woman behind the counter was so rude it was ridiculous. For some reason her credit card machine wouldn't read our card. So I asked her if she could type in the numbers she got all snotty blowing her breath because it's so hard to type in the number. She proceeds to slam our credit card on the counter and asks us for a signature. I ask her for hot mustards she throws them in the bag with two packets falling to the floor. I pick them up with no apology. I turned to her and tell her you gained a customer and now you just lost my business. I will never go back. Get some customer service skills...

Today I stopped for some sweet and sour chicken lunch special. It's my second time here the first time I had beef and broccoli and it was ok but the shrimp fried rice is mediocre. The shrimp has a weird taste like it frozen for a long time. This time I tried the sweet and sour chicken it ok just same thing with the rice but for 5.50 it not bad.

Good food! Great lunch specials! Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Highly recommended can't go wrong here
