Mandala Pizza - Crestone

Mmmm! I thought for the gentle opening a fabulous GF Heart Chakra Kombi. Gluten Free arrived at Crestone! I learned Desis family owned a pizza place in NY – this is real NY style crust. And Desi Greg is so personal, I know they will succeed.

A wonderful addition to our small village! Desi makes the best pizzas in the valley!

Call them to know for sure if they are open.This place is pretty unpredictable as to when it's open and when not. If you are lucky and can get in when it's opened, their pizza is tasty. We took the cheese slices and asked them to add few veggies(mushrooms,tomatoes,onions,spinach). They popped it back in and toasted the slice again with the veggies and the taste was pretty great. It's a bit new York style pizza if you know the pizzas from NYC. We wanted to go back the next day but she said they won't open for lunch. If you are around and find this place open do try. The handmade cannoli is pretty great too.
