Applebee's Grill - Crestview Hills

The Applebee's staff was great! They made our event so special, Easter Bunny's Breakfast AND, special guests, the Cincinnati Ghostbusters! A fundraiser hosted by the Covington Kenton County Kiwanis!

Just to clear up any confusion car side to go means you sit there for several minutes and then go inside and no one is there to help you and you wait several minutes more. But I can’t complain since this is America and I have more than enough food but I just wanted to leave an honest review.

Understaffed. Took 10 minutes to be seen and seated. Took another 24 minutes to place our food order and 10 more just to get our water. Everything was slow! I was quoted one price for my meal and was charged $5 extra. All I got was I'm sorry. I would have ordered something else for that price. Felt sorry for the two girls working the whole place as we were told other employees called off and the girls were pulling a double. Also food came out at different times. This Crestview Hills KY location has gone downhill and that's sad.

Very disappointed in this location. My water had something floating in it so I asked for it to be replaced and it wasn't throughout the entire meal. My partner's salad had to be remade because it was wrong the first time and a table next to us got an appetizer and their mains and a take out order all before we got our food. My wrap was well made and I always like the oriental dressing. That was about the only decent part of the visit. The women's rest room did not even have a dispenser for toilet paper, and no sign or anything. Management shrugged like what am I supposed to do about it after being told.

New management. You should check them out. They just took over a few weeks ago. Super friendly food was good too!
