Really!!! Had to make 30 sandwiches and couldn't do anything else then proceeded to lock the door! Subway has gone downhill! This isn't the only one I've had problems with!
A star goes to the girl who waited on us very pleasantly. We entered 10 minutes before closing and he stated we would be his last customers. He did not help the young lady take our order, make the sandwiches or ring us up, instead he stood by the door the entire time. We left her a $20 tip and commended her for her polite service, as Dustin did nothing to help. Will not be back.
Never in my life have I ever been treated worse than I was today at this establishment. NEVER!! I manage the Roost in Rising Star and on my days off, I eat at Subway in Cross Plains. Amazing sandwiches. Usually the service is pretty good too. After today, and meeting GARY, I may never eat there again! When I walked in the door, apparently I interrupted whatever he was doing in the back room. Because waiting on me was an EXTREME INCONVENIENCE! I totally understand that everyone has bad days. So I tried to be nice and brag on the sandwich he had made for me and tried to brighten his day. But the level of rudeness I received in return was beyond uncalled for. I am just stunned that he is even employed at all. He should not be. As long as he works there, I will not go back. I'm still in shock. I have met some unruly people in my life, but Mr. Gary beats ALL I have ever seen in my 42 years of life.
Great people working but they never answer the phone.
I love our Subway always have but it could definitely use two workers instead of one a lot of the times.
