Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory

Literally its 8:30 and they don't have cheese enchilidas. I'm not an idiot but it doesn't take a genius to roll up cheese in a tortilla and stickIt in a warmer to melt.

The girl handing out food was extremely rude. She was the only one making the plates, didn't call out numbers and when a guy came up to ask if any were 59 or which was 59 (it was the only 1 on the ready screen) she got snappy and told him no, you'll have to wait. She then told him yes it was his. I was sitting waiting on Togo order and his was up there for a while! The older lady that bushes the tables really was helpful to me and other's. She smiled and seemed to enjoy helping people but when she was asked for a Styrofoam cup the younger girl again had attitude with her, she was only trying to help. food was good. it was Very clean inside the restaurant.

So, Rosa's has unfortunately fallen a few pegs since COVID times started. Their portions have gotten considerably smaller and their prices have gotten bigger. It all adds up to one thing. There are better tacos around.Now, with that said, their tortillas are still AWESOME. Their services is almost always AWESOME. So, if you need some overpriced taco's and they absolutely MUST come with some good service and decent salsa, this might be your stop.
