This restaurant is awful. The old woman named Kelly who works there is extremely rude and abrupt. The toilets are dirty and the place is very untidy. After eating there, I got a stomach ache. I will never go there again. Sunny Side Soft Play is much better, we have booked it for our daughter's birthday party.

I brought my son to this restaurant because he enjoys it there, but we were denied entry upon arrival. The manager claimed he was too old to use the soft play area, even though I explained that he just wanted to read books and play with the toys intended for younger children. Despite my efforts, they still would not allow us in. My son had a meltdown as a result and it was difficult getting him home. The staff's behavior was appalling.
