I will report them to food hygiene standards...
Eating was too oily and the service is bad. after an hour, the son will throw you out. paid terrible for terrible service and eating, first and last visit
If they are disabled or older, this is not the place for them. First of all, as the tables and chairs are set up, you must be a skeleton to slide into the seat. the one and only lift in place...was out of order, which means if they are in a wheelchair or have mobility problems, they just have to go home. I went to use the accessible toilet and the rinse was blocked with so unusable. came out of the toilet and had to run around the whole restaurant to find something handsanitiser. food quality is 2/10, refillable beverages are a torn, as the glasses are so small, they must be erased until after filling every two minutes or else they stand through the drink transmitter until their thirst is extinguished. all in all, the hunger games would be faster and easier to navigate to be fed and watered. had given a -10 rating if I could.
We were a booking for 7 people on a very busy Sunday night. we all had a good time and enjoyed a good selection of high quality food. despite the extremely busy restaurants, we had no problem to get around or eat. the food stations were constantly charged. we liked above all the grill that is freshly cooked to order steaks, king garnels or otopus and the Japanese section. the 4 instead of 5 star rating is up to a lack of employee interaction or plate clearing, bad queuing system outside and the additional price for softdrinks, formerly part of the all inclusive price. when we say that we enjoy our time there and eating as we have done at previous visits in the run of the years, and will return.
Went there with the family. We all liked the food and variety was good. After we paid, we sat down and were then told unlimted soft drinks were now £3 per person extra when in the past they were free of charge so the management...have effectively put the prices up 15% by the back door on the adult price and even more on the child price. Nevertheless would still go again but not so often you can eat at a lot of other good places for £23 head.
