Very good spanish food. A littke bit noisy. Not fancy but good enough for a business lunch in that location. Valet parking.
Fantastic restaurant with great service. Spanish and Mexican food. They have a “pulpero” some months during the year. Parking only with valet. Owner supervise directly the operations so service is amazing. Great value for money.
Had a wonderful dinner here on our last night in Mexico City. They have a huge bar. The place for a a bit pricey. We ordered a bottle of wine a local Mexican Sauvignon blanc called casa Madero. Was a good wine. For food we ordered a jumbo camarones shrimp) plate, a chicken and beef mixed fajita. The shrimp was a little undercooked and Not that nmynliking. The fajita tasted alright. On their recommendation we also ordered a fried ant egg dish that came with a side of tortillas, guacamole and a cilantro, onion mix. We loved the ant eggs, you could eat it plain or make a taco out of it either way it tasted delicious. We loved it so much that we ordered another plate of the same. Service was good the servers spoke little English but they were very kind and tried their best to help us out. For the food and the bottle of wine our bill came to around 2500 pesos I would say a bit pricey for the food they serve. Overall we had a good experience and tried to make the most of our last meal in Mexico City
We had a great lunch in April at Cantina Numero 1. The service is unparalleled and the food quality is extremely good. We ordered Lechón which is imo overpriced and slightly underwhelming. Good for drinks and atmosphere, less so for the food.
