I tried the new ginger chicken pack. the writer knew nothing about it. she didn't know how to prepare. at the end she suggested some things and it was awesome! what a waste of almost $8. if I had known that a small pack was $8, I would have got a ginger chicken dinner in an oriental restaurant for the same price. at least they know how to prepare it! if they have something special, do they not train the personal how to serve it? I understand the creation of their own concept at subway, but apparently they did not even have other special ingredients to go with this new chicken flavor. so disappointed.
That is the first restaurant in which all children/boys work and they were fantastic! great service and so friendly.
Many thanks to the two who work. I had car problems, so I went a sandwich while waiting for help. not only that they feel welcome, but they were funny and they even let me borrow his phone charger as my phone also had low battery. so grateful, and overall really happy with this location on a regular basis.
I ' I could give negative stars I would. Manager at this location is a complete joke. I decided to leave due to poor service. She yells are you kidding me as I 'm walking out the store. Actually argued and swore back at me and was confrontational which escalated me into more confrontation. Take your bustedbu elsewhere. Total lack of customer service and communication. My next call will be to their corporate number. Update: After my incident I went back and talked to the real manager Becky. She told me she watched their video and confirmed what had happened and apologized. She offered me free food which I declined. Afterwards I only go back when she is working whenever possible. The service from Becky is outstanding and truly makes the difference when it comes to customer experience.
