The New Spot Nutrition - Cumberland

Love stopping in a New Spot for a tea/shake and a chat with the employees! All of them are friendly, accommodating, and willing to answer questions. The decor is friendly/inviting, and the club is always very clean. The hours are great so if you can't get there in the morning, you can grab an afternoon or evening shake :

Honestly and genuinely my favorite place to be! The shakes are great, the company is great, and the vibe is fantastic. Just a quick stop by and you have a full healthy meal for a very reasonable price! Come in and grab your order or stay a while and enjoy the laid back atmosphere! What a great place to be. I highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner 10/10 would recommend!

The New Spot is by far one of my favorite place for a delicious healthy protein shake tea! They are always made quickly tastes so good!! The owner Tayla is so polite and kind; she always puts a smile on my face! There are so many different flavors too choose from the the atmosphere is always positive snd friendly! If you are in the Cumberland area I would definitely recommend stopping in to The New Spot!

I can not begin to describe all of the amazing things about The New Spot. The shakes are hands down the best in Rhode Island. They are absolutely delicious. My favorite part about The New Spot though is the people. Tayla the owner is such a hard worker and always has a smile on her face that brightens anyone?s day. She is very knowledgeable and is able to answer any questions that one might have about the shakes or teas or other products that are sold. I visit the New Spot at least 5 days a week and can?t imagine a day where I don?t! would 110% recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious shakes in a friendly welcoming atmosphere!

I absolutely Love Love Love this place! The girl behind the bar was so helpful with all of my questions and there were so many shake options, I had such a hard time choosing! I went with the pb&j shake and was not disappointed! It was delicious! It was so cute and homey in there and I will definitely be back! I will absolutely recommend this to my friends and clients ????
