The restaurant for the same price
I was so disappointed by my experience at Haidilao. They had run out of a lot of stuff at the buffet and they filled up the buffet with cheap junk food like popcorn and premade cinnamon buns (not so Asian nor up to the Haidilao name), their soft serves were out of service, when we asked for more broth they just brought plain tap water because they ran out of broth. I had a much better experience at another Haidilao location very disappointing to see that the quality is not on par between locations.
Amazing service great quality food. Everything is super clean and tidy. Abel was a great server. Will definitely come back.Food: 5/5
This is a clean and hygienic place suitable for party and gatherings. There are many dining tables here, and different size are available. The staff are well trained and skilled in action. There is a waiting area here, with snacks and drinks. It's great! After waiting for about half an hour, we are seated. After ordering, we can go to the specified place to get the seasoning and choose the dessert: bean jelly and hot red bean soup. Ice cream. There are also fruits, seaweed, pickles and small twist rolls. These will be charged at checkout. There are many kinds of bottom pot materials, and you can also choose the degree of spicy, but the taste is not distinctive and the price is a little expensive. Maybe it's not to our taste, because there are still many guests.
Visited Hai Di Lao and opted for their Coconut WaterHotpot base along with the complete Coconut Set Meal they offer. The Coconut base was refreshingly light, making it perfect for those who prefer non spicy options. There's no need for any dipping sauces once the food is cooked, you can enjoy it straight from the pot. The initial flavor that hits you is the aromatic coconut, followed by the distinct taste of the ingredients themselves. The more you eat, the richer it becomes.A heads up for couples or small groups: the set meal was a bit too much for the two of us. We ended up taking some leftovers home.
