Carl's Barbecue - Cypress

Anytime we have a gathering, Carl's BBQ is our go-to for food. Everyone loves the food and is excited to eat. The service is awesome. We will continue to get Carl's bbq. Strongly recommend them if you like some good home cooked BBQ.Food: 5/5

The brisket was too lean. Like my brisket with some fat. Reminds me of pre-packaged you would get from Kroger. IWe have had better and cheaper. 2 1 meat plates with water. $40. The sides were good. If ever in the area again. Will most likely not stop. Leave it for the locals.Food: 3/5

Stuffed baked potato was really good. Flavorful and meat was juicy. Definitely must try. Brisket tacos are good too. The bbq sauce made it taste even better.One of my friends recommended this place. Would surely visit again.Food: 4/5

My brother and I came to dine on Saturday, June 24. The food was great and so was the customer service. The only problem is that on my card statement, as well as his, there was a charge for tip without our consent. The tip was not authorized by either one of us. I called the place and there was no management available. This is not acceptable. Can someone please reach out to me. I did ask for the name of the supervisor and they said it was Pancho or Francelia. I would appreciate if either one can help me with this situation.

Highly highly recommend this place great stuff great ownership I have been eating here for over 20 years. Their food is very consistent. It always taste the same. The barbecue sauce is probably what makes it the best. It is amazing they do a great job in catering and also private party events in the back. if you have not had a chance to check it out stop by for lunch they have some great sliced beef sandwiches and also what I like. The most is their big baked potato loaded. I forget what they call it but anyway it’s a loaded baked potato it’s amazing you probably won’t be able to finish it
