Jersey Mike's Subs - Cypress

I eat lunch here a lot. The food is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

Went there for the first time. I got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Service and food was great. I liked how everything was freshly made. I will continue to go there for my sandwiches

Disappointed. Carving station was not clean. Carving machine was not clean. The space where they place the bread to build your sandwich had all sorts of meat crumbs from previous cuts that will definitely make it into your sandwich. Not appetizing. Clean up Mike!

We walked in 6 minutes before closing and wanted to order 2 sandwiches and they said they were closed. LAZY ???? Owners/Corporate should definitely know about their poor service employees! They don?t deserve 1 star! Extremely disappointed by a place so close to home!????????

I?m giving a generous 2-star rating here because I like Jersey Mike?s in general, but this location is the worst franchise (and I?ve been purchasing Jersey Mike?s for nearly 10 years). I order delivery and pickup frequently and they rarely ever put any meat on your sandwich even though they charge extra for it. They never offer to compensate you when they fulfill your order incorrectly (they just tell you to come inside the store for them to offer you a discount in your next order which I never take advantage of). I attached a photo to show the single layer of Turkey they put in my giant sandwich today. I?m not sure why they cut corners so much but I?ve finally taken the time to leave a review because this happens so frequently. I order from this location directly from their app. The issues I?m describing do not happen when I order via Uber Eats from different location near Barker Cypress and 290. I?ve given this location plenty of chances thinking it would get better because they were new and opened about a 1+ years ago, but they keep repeating the same mistake. Shame on me for thinking it would get any better.
