Hillbilly Farms Bakery, Llc - Dade City

I stumbled upon this bakery during my lunch break from school in Dade City, and I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing it was. Despite not realizing it was a gluten-free bakery at first, I was blown away by the quality of their treats. I tried the carrot cake, Oreo cheesecake, brookie, and mango energy tea, and all of them were exceptional. As someone who doesn't have a gluten intolerance, I can confidently say that this is one of the best bakeries I've ever been to. I will definitely be returning, especially since I have classes in Dade City for the summer.

This restaurant is excellent. It offers a wide variety of options and is accommodating to different dietary needs. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you receive. Overall, a fantastic bakery.
