E Claire Texas Cafe - Dallas

I've been renting a 100 sq. ft. office space at Expansive in downtown Dallas for a little over a year now. It is exactly what I need as a small start-up business in financial services (mortgage broker). When I was visiting several other companies in Dallas that offer office space, I decided to lease with Expansive because they had the best offering when it came to price, amenities, the customer service, and the community of existing tenants in the building. I like the historic feel of the building, and the investments they've made to the interior of the building is really impressive, especially at the price point that offices are available for rent. Great value for anyone looking to take the leap and become self-employed, or grow their team. Highly recommend!

I toured many shared offices spaces and areas. By far, my favorite has been Expansive Katy Building! What sold the deal for me, was Chris and Natalie! My first interaction with Chris and Natalie was the reason I signed with this company. The common area is very inviting, the staff and management is very friendly, will go above and beyond to accommodate you. Robert, the security personnel is amazing, very easy access to the building 24/7. The entire building and its occupants are very friendly! The office spaces are available for any size you may need or require and has secure mail room! There are great parking options as well as DART is a few mins walk. Great size conference room is also available. It’s a very clean, friendly and family like environment.

I love Expansive CoWorking Space. I am so proud to say my company grew with them. I 've been in company with them since the company was named 'Level ' in August 2018. I was initially stationed on the 8th floor; now, we are comfortably on the 7th floor. I love it. I plan to be here as long as I can. It is a perfect setup for small businesses to flourish and expand. I always highly recommend Expansive to other business owners.

I highly recommend Novel Coworking Dallas for anyone looking for a good office downtown. The building is a fantastic blend of original architecture and modern renovation. The shared workspace is comfortable, always clean, and full of friendly tenants. The coffee and beer included are excellent. The community managers (Chris and Kendall as of writing this review) are so helpful and friendly, I cannot imagine officing anywhere else! Importantly, the community at this location is great. Everyone is friendly, personable, respectful of each other's hustle, and involved with community events. Finally, as an actual workspace, my office meets my needs perfectly. Anyone on the fence needs to come by and talk to Chris and Kendall and see how awesome it is!

Hands down the best working space in Dallas. Everyone in the building makes going to work exciting and fun. Truly an amazing community to be a part of. I would highly recommend this office space for anyone.
