Mcdonald's - Dallas

I placed a curbside pick-up order and noticed that the car next to me received their order 5 minutes before I did. However, the food was fantastic! I guess there was a little hiccup in the system, but overall, I’d rate it 5/5.

I ordered breakfast for others, and it was absolutely dreadful! The chicken was old and thin, and it looked like they tried to mask its age by overcooking it. Just look at how dark the chicken is. It had a horrible smell when I took a bite. I wouldn’t even give this place one star! Additionally, they couldn't even get the coffee orders right; my macchiato was incorrect as well. Please pay attention to what customers order and ensure that the food served is safe to eat, rather than a potential health hazard.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I went for lunch today at 12:30. The gentleman at the first window was very nice and provided excellent customer service. However, when I arrived at the second window, there was a woman with bright blonde hair and disheveled appearance who seemed to have no interest in presenting herself well for work (I later learned she is a manager). She carelessly tossed my food bag at me, so I politely asked if I could have sweet and sour sauce as well as BBQ sauce. She got me a small amount of each, but when I was reaching for some change from my purse, she held the sauce until I paid. Then she started cursing under her breath about my request while I was still at the window, which was completely uncalled for. There’s no reason to treat customers this way, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. It makes me not want to return as a customer. I won't be back.

This place could always use some training as to provide a better customer experience. I just don't think that is a possiblity in our lifetime, given that most of the employees there are still in high school or even uneducated for that matter and haven't gained a larger part of what our journeys teach us as far as humility, respectfullness. honesty , love , compassion, to name a few..all those great traits we pick up through life, these employees seriously lack. So don't expect things to be changing any time in the near future. Just realize, it for what it is and move on....Show these teens and whom ever else, some love, they're still in learning stages!
