West Valley Taphouse - Dallas

This review is on the quality of food. Customer service was nice but the food was horrible. They said food would be ready is 35 minutes and I picked up the food and it was cold, the order was wrong and the burgers were super salty. Tried to give it to my dog and he wouldn't touch it. I would come back for a drink but not the food.

Not impressed. It might be good if you are a regular. They can step in front of at this place. Not very helpful staff. Not sure of the food didn’t feel like staying to order.

Great selection of beers and wines. Excellent food. Service is exceptional.

Great burgers. French fries to die for. Beer was wonderful as was the Airlie chardonnay. Service friendly.. definitely a return visit.

Looked online for great burgers and found West Valley Taphouse on the map. Never been here before, didn't look at the pictures and found myself ordering based off the website menu. We did have a special request and that was to make the burgers double, might have been a mistake cause the burgers were HUGE but it was a very happy accident.
