Unfortunately the PadThai was horrific, watery, no flavor, all we could had was one bite and we were starving, ended up eating the yogurt we had on thefridge, honestly, the worst PadThai I ever had.
I eat here all the time, as I love Asian cuisine and they aren't too far away. But for the past I'd say 2 years now they have a habit of purposefully letting the phone ring. They do not like to answer and take orders over the phone and will purposefullywait you out. I have been experimenting lately where I've been calling them and staying on the phone for upwards to 30 minutesand then deciding to go to the building while still waiting on a call and the place is damn near empty. They are willingly notanswering phones and I don't want to have to drive downtown and pay for parking just to order food it's an expected part ofservice. I work at a restaurant and I know how annoying phone orders are but it comes with the territory.
Service was great but food is not authentic. Our server was very nice and attentive. I really was very pleased. But the sushi was not even supermarket quality and the Pad Thai was a soggy overly sweet mess. You can't really call this Thai or Japanese ingood conscience. Definitely for an American palette.
I was craving for Thai food last night and this restaurant is just round the corner from the hotel I stayed. Haven't got a chance to try any sushi in this place but Thai food is Delicious and very very big portion.
Really good place. I ordered Thai food and it was good. Just be aware that the level of spiciness varies depending on the plate you order. One of my friends ordered lvl 3 in her curry and another friend ordered lvl 3 in his noodles plate and his wasspicier than hers. The waiter that attended us was really nice! The prices are good too!
