Zio Al's Pizza Pasta - Dallas

Ordered takeout online for dinner. It was super easy to place an order. I wanted to try something new, so I tried the half zaatar half akawi appetizer. I was pleasantly surprised by it. It was the size of a large pizza and on their really good pizzacrust. I liked the taste of akawi cheese (think a saltier thin spread of ricotta). The zaatar got a little to strong herby forme, but my roommate enjoyed it. The pizza was pretty good. The spaghetti wasn 't the best I 've had, but it was a good portion forthe price and it was decent.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! Hot and Fresh every time! All the crusts are amazing. Thin, hand tossed, and New York style crusts all are wonderful! Generous toppings on Zio Al's Pizza make a great pizza experience. The employees are friendly andprofessional, and enjoy making you an amazing Pizza! Thank you!

The food and the prices were great in the past. Now it's a hit or a miss, and our pizza was burned something. even though they offer a remake, but it would be another 30 minutes as they are always busy. they have many seats in the interior, exterior and private area, but expect a past waiting. her cheesecake was also good.

I am so freaking bummed. Worked extra hours just to get some pizza tonight only for them to totally not listen to what was asked. It was supposed to be a spinach pizza with stuffed jalapeños appetizer and they put double jalapeños on the pizza and because the pizza is so greasy, it doesn't matter if you pick them off, it's covered in the juice and made it entirely inedible. Now I'm out $25 and still hungry ?

I just want to let you know, tonight was not our first time that the waiter was disrespectful to us. He was talking Turkish and he has green eyes and middle aged. I ordered two pizzas and I told him please bring our pizza and one empty box at the same time. Because I wanted to put some in the box for my son and eat the rest in their place. He brought our pizzas in the box and he didn’t bring a empty box. And when I told him to bring our check he said I am sorry now I am busy. With a really bad tone. He was talking to his Turkish customers very politely but with us he had a bad tone and was rude to us. You can’t choose to be good with someone that you just like. you are waiter you should be good with all your customers. This was not the first time this person has acted this way we have visited before and he has been like this to us before too. I am really sorry for the owner.
