Contribuisci feedbackAfter sitting at menu of drive thru for 2 minutes with zero vehicles in the line and no greeting I ask out hello? to which I get a response gimme a sec .... again 0 cars in drive thru. So I pulled around and went into the store to see about ordering and why they weren 't able to take an order from drive thru menu and asked to speak with a manager. When the manager came to the front she was nothing but combative and confrontational when I asked what the issue was with the drive thru and why they wouldn 't take an order when there was literally nobody in line. I asked her for the actual managers info like a business card to which she refused as well. I asked her for the store number because I planned on calling their customer service which she also refused. Do not waste your time or money here. They have zero clue what hospitality is or how to treat customers. The manager also told me to record her on my phone which was just weird. Again stay away
I had a fish sandwich and some curly fries everything was fresh. Thanks.
The food was sub par from all the other locations I had visited BUT, it was immaculate service and cleanliness at the location. I ordered a Roast beef and cheddar it was ok but was a bit off. I imagine their other items would have been fine.
The beef and cheddars I got were cold. They didn’t ask if I wanted any sauce and when I asked for extra they scoffed and said it already comes on the
We hadn’t been to Arby’s in quite a while. It fell off our radar during the shutdown. We went back today and remembered what we’ve been missing. The service was top notch, the food was great, and the facility was clean and tidy. We’ll definitely be back often.
