Papa Johns Pizza - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

My pizza crust on BOTH my pizzas were burnt. The crust looks and tastes burnt. There was also supposed to be garlic flavor on the crust and it didn 't have any. It tasted burnt, dry and as if missing that special garlic flavor from the epic stuffed crust i ordered. This pizza was obviously not checked for quality. Also, on one of the pizzas all the pepperoni toppings were underneath the cheese for some reason and the banana peppers were just thrown in a pile on the pizza and not spread out. Horrible lack of care for quality here and customer experience. Also when I went in there nobody greeted me or acknowledged my presence as if I were invisible. Finally, a lady said, Are you the guy that ordered all the sides? She didn 't seem rude in how she said it but it would 've been nice to been acknowledged sooner so I knew they saw me.

Why don’t y’all just close your doors for good. I pay for dipping sauce and don’t get it. I order 6 cheese sausage and pepperoni and get a regular sausage and pepperoni. Then to top it off the delivery guy doesn’t even speak English.

I've had issues with orders from this location several times. This last order was delivered to the wrong location then proceeded to take another hour to deliver totaling nearly two hours. My food was cold and they didn't bother to cut my pizza or cheese sticks. This was after having to confirm my address with the store and driver.

Absolutely horrible walk-in pick-up service. Counter person either needs training or is the most insolent person I’ve encountered in a long time.

Pizza just wasn't that good. Crust sucks. I decided to order Pizza from multiple different places to compare them during the Cowboys game, and everyone voted Papa Johns last. Believe it not Pizza Hut was best out of the main stream budget places. Dominoes was lower mid pack. Grimaldi's ranked high.
