I often stay in a hotel next door to The Artisan, and I love ordering my lunch from their kitchen. Their sandwiches, soups, and salads are all great. I appreciate how I can order online or via the mobile app and the food is ready minutes later. It is clean, updated and stylish, and I'll look forward to future visits.

I visited Artisan as a tourist and I won’t be returning. The food was overpriced given the portion sizes. Every dish my group ordered lacked flavor. Additionally, the restaurant was unprepared for customers; they had no breakfast available during breakfast hours and lunch wasn’t ready yet. I can only give it one star because there wasn’t an option for zero.
