Bojangles - Dalton

The food was amazing and the service was nice.Had to drive a mile to visit my family for my brothers birthday and came to eat breakfast here and I would love to come back cause the food was good seasoned and you can taste that crispiness.I would drive another mile just to come and eat here!! It’s bo time!

Mostly breading ????very disappointed. Customer service not that friendly either???? Overall satisfaction ????????.

Ordered a breakfast plate with sausage and got bacon. The bacon tastes like bad beef jerky. Got a very fatty pork chop biscuit and bo rounds that were so hard they could break a window. With prices being as high as they are we should definitely get betterproduct. The people in the drive thru were kind so that's a plus. My husband and I have been sick and did not feel like takingthe food back to the store. We are what we could but had to throw most of it away. We are very disappointed.

They lock their doors even though there is a huge sign that says come on in dining room is open . Just take down the sign if it isn 't really open. I had a curbside order, and when I got there, the drive thru was really full but my food had already beendone for 10 minutes. They continued to take another 10 minutes to get my food out so they can tend to the drive thru. The foodwas really cold and they forgot my condiments. Overall an awful experience

I was looking forward to fried chicken and thought Bojangles! Went to wash my hands but after seeing how filthy the bathroom was I walked out. It wasn't messy from one dirty customer but from our neglect. If the bathroom looked like that, I would hate tosee the kitchen. Most Bojangles are great places. Definately a manager issue.
