Dunkin' - Dalton

My husband has been craving sour cream doughnuts, so he called this location and was so excited that they had 'fresh ' ones. Called me a few minutes later and was so disappointed because they were dry and anything but fresh. The reason I am leaving a good rating is because the girl was very sweet to him and gave him his money back. We 'll try again some day.

Dunkin is my daily morning stop, never have any issues and always fast.

Super clean Dunkin Donuts with a friendly staff right that's right off the highway in Augusta. I'm amazed at how many different coffee/tea drink and donut combos one can aquire in one place! They even have ghost pepper flavored donuts.

Every time I’ve come here my coffee and order has been great and given to me quickly, however working in the customer service field I’m really disappointed with the customer service at this location. I come here often, a few times a week. I’ve never been asked how I was once. It’s always “what can I get you” “what else” never have a good day or a friendly smile or anything of that nature. It seems like they never want to deal with me I just got my coffee there right now and they went to hand me a receipt and told them I did not need it and instead of saying have a nice day the window is shut in my face. Ultimately the coffee and food is always good but I believe their customer service needs work as there employees 10 times out of ten have been rude
