Food was delicious, I had the salmon, French loaf was perfectly toasted, shrimp wrapped bacon with that bourbon glaze... That was like dipping shrimp in syrup, amazing! Atmosphere is great, just across the street from the ocean. Ample parking. They're menu has a lot of great choices, hard to decide which Entree to pick. My daughter had the fish chips, cod was really large pieces and not too much breading on it, very tasty. Definitely a place to check out!
We tried the weekend brunch. Had the breakfast burrito with salad and Monte Cristo with fruit. Huge portions and everything was delicious! The cheese on the salad was especially good.
The outdoor and indoor settings are great. Outside seating has tables and large couch seating. It?s under beautiful trees and is a warm cozy setting. The inside bar feels like cheers where friends and family relax and enjoy the friendly bar with great drinks. The food is very good. We tried one of everything but the hamburger was cooked perfectly with a mix of added items. The flatbread was rather dry and wouldn?t recommend it. (Perhaps it was over cooked. The location is great and there?s lots of parking. It really feels like you are in a wooded cabin even though you are near pacific coast highway. It?s busy for good reasons most of our friends go at least twice a month. You can also book a party or event there. Enjoy every bite and relax in the lovely setting
Food was good, but I feel it felt a little much with the add on of the sushi menu. Went with the team and there was real disappointment with the butter cake, it was definitely not great. I will probably not return anytime soon.
Great experience. Watermelon feta cheese chicken salad with balsamic dressing g. My husband had the French dip. Both were very good. The home-made potatoe chips were the best
