Starbucks - Dana Point

Very warm and friendly service, engaged in a chat based on my coffee thermo that I got from my travel while getting my seasonal drink fix. This location is difficult to get into if you're north-bound on PCH -1 star), but when you need your coffee, your will to get into this Starbuck can be strong. There is a drive through, but I parked to take a break from driving. There are less than 10 spots with 2 spaces, I think can see one from my photo). Will return, especially if I'm going south-bound on PCH. Enjoy!

Not all Starbucks are created equal...some set the customer care bar so high other Starbucks staffers need to charter a plane just to see it. The local store nearest my home pooched a 45lb whole bean order I placed well in advance, so I began calling around. Shannon at this DP location went out of her way to assist me and I left with the majority of my order...finding my Christmas coffee beans had been tough, I called several local stores and even those with some inventory refused to pull together and set aside my order. Not Shannon, she recognized I had already gotten screwed by another store and she was going to fix it so I wouldn 't hate all Starbucks. This store is much further away but I will drive here from now on solely because of the way she and her colleagues handled my needs today. I will never return to the store on Los Mares again. They really disappoint. I was pretty upset with that San Clemente manager when I called this Dana Pt. store and 90 minutes later I 'm giving them a five star review. Go see what all the fuss is about. There 's a great group of young women here who go out of their way to make you smile. Thanks Shannon, you 're what customer care is all about. The staff’s collective goodwill permeates the atmosphere here and you can feel it when you enter the building. It is rare to find a place that instantly makes my feel good. Thank you ladies.

I love this little starbucks. All of the employees are exceptionally friendly and this is by far the best starbucks taste wise. If they have Savannahs choice get it you won 't be disappointed.

I order venti size flatwhite 4 shot employee give me small size then I said It was venti and now he give me venti size but He add only milk my coffee and I’m sure it’s only 3 shot I drive to take my coffee more then 20 min for nothing thank you Starbucks for this move It’s happen around 8 pm 01/15/2024
