Eis is always great. location is super beautiful. You know what would really be nice? if they didn't close at least 15 minutes earlier, and they completely ignore them when they knock on the door. we went to the house tonight, it was 8:46, and they were inside, cleaning, we knocked on the door, because I knew they should be open until 9 o'clock, and they totally ignored us, and we were not the only, they were a few people who said they were going and it was also closed. I guess you need to make sure you're there at least an hour before the end of the time, otherwise it's a mess.

This place is super small, compact, and I did not appreciate the workers or customers packing into the small space not wearing masks when I was there on a busy Saturday. I really wanted to try the milkshakes there especially since it has been a hot summer so far but upon walking into this establishment the line was out the door and employees were talking over the ice cream without masks (disgusting) and I didn't like the fact they were not closing up the ice cream while employees continously walked back in forth/reached over the ice cream. I was turned off and disgusted, I walked out and was disappointed not to get a cold drink on a hot day but refused to patronize how unsanitary this establishment was handling things. What a shame, I'm from out of town and simply wanted to try something new.

Ice cream , fresh outdoors an the sound of laughter.. can't get better then that! Other then higher paying jobs.etc lol

The service there is just awful, after patiently waiting for 6 minutes and asking the cashier and question on placing a order she looked at me like I was dumb and then as another person walked in she said to her, “have you been helped yet”? And went and took her order! I said excuse me I was standing here, and still gave me a confused look. I left and saved my money. Rude staff. Don’t patronize this store, go somewhere else…

Horrible service by teenagers, store was hot as hell. Employees refused to serve until they ran my payment first because their cc machines never work Waited 15 minutes. Wanted to charge me an additional $1 for a cone after the sign said $5 for a small cone. Like what? I left and wont come back!
