I was very frustrated when I came in with my wife and had no interest in a sub (woman making happy) lol and Ken took my order and I told him I really didn't want it. He took it on himself to offer me one of the best customer service I received in a restaurant and made me one of the most attractive subs I had ever seen it just like on the advertisement. His customer service and his pride in the food he prepared, changed my whole morning and I will return for this young man! Thanks Ken!
I really fell in love with this place. My father led me into the fireworks before he died, and I understand why he loved their sandwiches so much. I probably came here 5-7 times in the last two weeks. Your Smoked Cheddar Brisket, hot dirt, that's good for the human soul. I haven't even tried their other subs, I'm still on this one. One thing worth it, how helpful they were in solving a problem I had. I had ordered another big brisket sandwich, and I came home, took a bite and something wasn't right, they put the beef or something up there instead of brisket. I called them and explained the situation and I love how they treated it. They apologised for the mistake, reaping my name in the books. And today, when I called in my order to get my Redo sandwich, they must have hacked me or something that this sandwich was an artwork, and absolutely delicious for the last bite. I recommend this place to everyone, especially if you want a sandwich and are only sick and tired of subway, this is a very welcome change. Thank you for fixing my sandwich.
Just like every other restaurant with a to-go order now, you better check it before you leave. My order was no onions and you guys add those and leave off the tomato. It only takes a moment to read the order while making it.
Food was delicious and staff was nice albeit a bit slow. 4 people behind counter and nobody in line and took me 12 minutes for 2 subs. I will still go back just may have to order ahead on the app to save time.
As good as any other fire house subs, excellent food and service in a spacious dining area.
