OCT 16 2022 We have been back to Danville 2 times in the last three weeks (including yesterday 16. October 2022). There was a significant improvement in service and quality. I assume that the banner front page that displays new administration is accurate. So glad that the Franchisee listened to customer feedback. I love Little Caesars. Good job! Previous reviews: The service at this point has worsened so badly in the last 4 months. Our last three visits were all the same, the pizza is not ready. We use the app and wait until the end of our pickup time and we still have to go through and wait longer. Today was no different... with an exception the lobby was blocked. This was due to a lack of personnel due to their stand at the fair. Very short-sighted, you really shouldn't have a stand if you can't serve the restaurant.

It's cheap pizza. Not terrible, but not great. The service is good as long as you get your pizza while you ride thru. If they want to move you, there's a 50/50 shot you'll forget. I forgot two of the last three times that I was asked to move and wait, so I ask them to not forget me.

I Was In Town Decided To Order Pizza, Knowing That Little Ceasers Never Has Sausage On Hand I Called The Order In For 2 Sausage, 1 Pepperoni, 1 Veggie. Pulled Up To The Window Told The Worker The Window My Name Comes Back, , Says Sorry But we Don't Have An Order For You. Give Me Your First Name, Yep, The Only Thing, No Veggie Pizza, , Only 1 Sausage. What Do You Expect When You Have Young Kids Working For You Paying More Attention To Their Phones Or Cutting Up Then Getting Your Order Right.

This place has gotten ridiculous! The line was wrapped around the building and they closed the door so you couldn't go in and turned the phone off so you couldn't call and say anything. I waited in line for almost 40 mins then they made my order wrong then had to wait another 25 mins for my pizza that was cold when I finally got it. I won't be back anytime soon!!! The worst!
