Taco Bell - Danville

Food was OK and drink was included with no extra charge. No waiting and service was fast.

Everything went up a dolarge. The portions are way smaller. Had to use the touch screen to order while the workers leaning against the soda machine. Everything was mushy like it could be served through a straw in an old folks home. Watery soda. Paidfor EXTRA onions... got none. I said I wouldn't go again. Now I remember why.

I ordered from the Uber Eats for Taco Bell, but I only received the tacos and not my drink. I like the food, but both the employees of Taco Bell AND Uber Eats drivers need to double check on the orders and make SURE that all of the items of thecustomers are there and NOT MISSED. I use to work at a fast food restaurant so I find this hiccup unacceptable. Please PLEASEmake sure you check EVERYTHING before handing them out to the Uber Eats drivers, and that goes for them to vice-versa.

I really appreciate this location, this store is always clean! In addition, the manager has excellent customer service. We had a mishap with an order and he immediately called me to remedy it. When we came in, he personally made our food. This is ourgo-to Taco Bell!

Its a Taco Bell so don 't expect authentic tasty Mexican Food, but this time was pretty good. Although, Taco Bell does not replace Authentic Mexican eateries, is does a great job as a fast food restaurant. Food: 1. Chicken bowl {4/5 stars, $6} Bowl with chicken, rice, beans, guacamole, cheese, and lime ranch. Decent taste and quality. Chicken was tender and juicy, rice was soft and fluffy, and lime ranch was good. Chicken was a little lite on this meal is the only downside. 2. Grilled Cheese burrito {4/5 stars, $4} Interesting concept, basically a cheese burrito with meat and melted cheese on the outside... but no cheese was melted outside. 3. Cheesy Gordita Crunch {4/5 stars, $5} taco with cheese and meat inside with a crunchy Dorito layer. Dorito was not crunchy from what I was told. Service Online Order: Fast. Was ready before time. Easy ordering process online. Overall: A fast and convenient way to get a taste of fast food Mexican without the wait or price. Other than that, not a place to frequent often in my opinion.
