Dunkin' - Daphne

This location has the friendliest staff I have ever experienced. And the inside was clean and well tended to.

Extremely rude employees, dirty store, always out of items and the iced coffee is always watery with no flavor.

I usually place an online order shortly after 5am some mornings on my way to work, today was the SECOND time i’ve gotten there and they’re closed when online and their app says they open at 5, you would also think that they would get there earlier to set up for the day. Needless to say I don’t have my coffee and i’m now out the money i spent on my coffee.

I ordered six creme donuts on the app. I was not told they were out of creme donuts, I found that out by biting into a lemon curd donut. Turns out, instead of offering me any alternative, they gave me three lemon and three custard donuts. I called, and I couldn 't figure out whether they were saying they were out or they misplaced my order?? Either way, I was basically given a that sucks and no resolution. This was my first time trying Dunkin. This was also my last time trying Dunkin. If I wanted surprises, I would buy a mystery box.

I used to hate coming to this Dunkin because of rude service but lately the workers have been super nice idk if they fired the others. The coffee and food is also a 10/10. The older lady on the drive thru is always super nice!
