This is a chill place, good staff good service, amazing food. Enough parking area, can spend good time anytime.

Good silent place, they have wifi, They say their food is HALAL, Please ask them to have HALAL certificate

The customer service is very poor. I have been coming for 2 years on and off, sometimes it's better than others but has really gone downhill. Most of the female staff's attitude are very bad. The males are general very friendly but when we order everything together and then my food comes, once I've finished my food, then my drink comes, then after I finish my drink, my husband's drink arrives. After asking several times. We did not come here to eat and drink separately, we came to eat and drink together. The problem is that the staff are not trained in customer service at all and then the staff are changed every few months which makes the situation worse as the new staff are not trained. It's really ridiculous. The cleanliness on this visit was also very poor. The place could be really great if only time was invested in training the staff in good customer service. It's not that difficult!

Nice environment and service. Food was underwhelming and expensive for portion size. Coffee was just ok.

I've asked an avocado toast after more than 1 hour of wait they brought me a toast with eggs but without avocado, its the first time I see this lol ! Plus the price is very expensive for the portion and the quality of their products, 18,000 tsh for 1 toast and it was not fresh ! The wifi is also complicated because you have to ask for a password which last for only 30 minutes then you need to ask for a new one. Will not come back...
