Late arrival, with a little focus in an unprepared room. But inconvenience very quickly forgotten: the present staff immediately provided us with a new room. Perfect linen, top breakfast and all tastes. For a step on the holiday trip, we are very satisfied.

Nice hotel, well located. Too bad that parking is often taken by heavy vehicles and electric terminals. Easy access to TV channels would be better. Beautiful address

While on my reservation I had indicated that I wanted to have a breakfast at 6:30 a.m., I was told in writing that this was possible because the breakfast opened at 6:30 a.m. When I arrive, at the time of early payment of my stay, I am told that on Saturday the room opens only at 7am... why such a written answer then? The date of my stay was indicated in my booking! Another subject: the booking of a taxi on Saturday 7 to go to Lyon Perrache, I say I want to be there at 7:30 am, I'm told that it takes 45 min even on Saturday morning. One of my colleagues who had accompanied me at the Check in tells the people of the reception that 10-15 min are enough. What they're saying is no. Too bad I could have had a breakfast at 7:00 a.m. and left at 7:15 a.m. because the taxi that came to pick me up at 6:40 a.m. deposited me at 6:53 a.m. at the station.
