THEY FORGOT TO GIVE ME THE KETCHUP AND THE MEAT WAS ROTTEN

I ordered 20$ worth of food and the manager told me I couldn’t get three sauce packets because I would have to pay for more

Stopped in for a McFlurry around 2:30 pm. There was no line inside or outside. The lady at the counter had some attitude or perhaps having a bad day. Told me it was $5.23, gave her $6, she gave me back 23 cents. Then gave me my McFlurry which wasn’t blended at all and gave me the wrong spoon. I almost threw it away because of how mad I was.

Service at drive through was horrendous. If employees cant speak English they need to learm it

I circled the lot 3 times looking for a plowed spot, the plow guys were inside eating when I showed up lol. I was greeted kindly by store manager. The staff immediately knew which mobile order was mine because I had my little one with me. Got my food hot and fresh thank you for a snow day lunch.
