Pizza was fresh and delicious. I grew up in the New Haven area and I know Apizza. I've spent my life eating the best Apizza around. Peppe's, Modern and Zuppardi's..Its very rear that I'd classify a Pizza restaurant with an Apizza rating. Usually I'd just say that place made a pretty good Pizza . However when I discover that I'm eating Apizza I must call it out. The pie was delicious and and had all the qualities that are found in an Apizza. The doe and crust were the right texture and the sauce as well .Pappa Joe's should proud that they're an effective above most.Two thumbs up for Pappa Joe's. Glad to know there's Apizza in Darien. Will be going back again
