Burger King - Dartford

I would like to request a refund as soon as possible because my food was cold, my Fanta was warm instead of cold as I requested, and I did not receive any napkins or sauces as I had asked for.

It took an hour and a half from ordering to receiving the food. The meal arrived cold, and due to the delay, I, a diabetic, experienced a hypoglycemic episode. I ultimately required assistance from emergency services.

I had a great burger at the restaurant and it was not too crowded.
