Alexandra's Pizza - Dartmouth

We have experienced this three times now, but they say the third time's a charm. We placed an order for pickup at a time that was convenient for us, and we even received an email confirmation for our order. However, after waiting for an hour and a half, we went to check on our order only to find out that it had been missed. They assured us that they would get it out immediately, but just like the previous times, nothing happened. Frustrated, I called to inquire about our order, but they seemed uninterested and claimed to have never received it in the first place. This was the worst customer service experience ever.

We ordered dinner by alexandras and delivered it. everything was good except fish and chips. we had expected to have deep fried haddock in our piece order. I don't know what they use for their fish and chips, but it was certainly not haddock . I know it was a white fish of a species, but I love my fish and chips, and levate me, it wasn't haddock.

I recently used this place for my end of the season hockey party. I pre-ordered this morning and paid upon arrival in the evening. The pizza arrived at night when we finished playing on the ice. The service was excellent!

We ordered pizza and garlic finger during the stay in a local hotel in dartmouth. the delivery was fast and the meal was still hot. we found the garlic were average (not better or worse than any other pizzeria around) and the working pizza was very...good it was perfectly cooked and the toppings were fresh.

Location through out the HRM makes for fast delivery regardless where you are staying. I have tries several of their special pizzas and have not been disappointed
