We ordered a spicy tuna roll was so damn small and the equivalent of Publix. They also served me a grey goose on the rocks which was a measured pour for 17.00. This is a smack in the face. I will never be BACK. Never.
The Fountaine Blue Hotel has gone over board on everything they have done. A beautiful place, Blade has a unique menu, but that's where it ends. The waitress was a ditz, perfect for South Beach, but wouldn't know what to wait on. The sushi was just eehhh there. The Toro I ordered, very expensive had a bone in it. The Sweet Shrimp was not prepared properly. For a billion dollar hotel it was just mediocre.
