Popped in with a friend to have a drink before the women's Olympic soccer came on at 11.15 on a Sat morning. There were about 5 total people in the whole place. After 5 mins of sitting there Ii sort of waved, and without even approaching us the server asked what did we need from back at her station. I said a cabernet sauvignon. anther 5 mins goes by (my friend was having a water) and she shows up with a white wine. I said, no, that's not what I ordered. She was going to toss it, but my friend said he'd take it. Imagine our surprise when we got the bill and she charged him for it. Pretty terrible. Both service and attitude. We left and went to McGraths around the corner. Service there was great. I'd skip this place. And I won't return.

Since moving to Harrisburg 17 months ago, we have eaten at this Arooga's weekly because we enjoyed their fantastically tasty and nicely portioned fajitas. Alas, our good fortune has run out! Not only has there been a price increase, but the quality of the chicken fajita meat has been greatly reduced. No more long strips of juicy and tender grilled white meat chicken! What now sits on top of the onions and peppers are small piles of what looks like scraps of leftover flavorless boiled chicken. I took a picture of a few of the pieces I had to set aside because they were fatty and slimy and totally untasty looking. What a disappointment at this substandard change! In the past we told many of our friends about how good the fajitas are there, but now feel we may never return again, because the change was that drastic. If I were the waitress, I would have been embarrassed to serve two such disgusting platters of chicken pieces..... I'm only sharing this review because it was such an abrupt and total turnaround from what we had experienced and had been raving to our friends about. It was gross and pathetic and frankly, should be embarrassing to Aroogas. What a shame. Raise the price and lower the standard.... :

Not a bad place to go for lunch. Great selection of beers and a lot of exciting menu options.

I understand why so many people rate this establishment so high. The food is excellent. The prices aren't bad and service was great. It is rare to be impressed with eating in a restaurant but I was for sure impressed eating here. Keep up the great work!

Was refused service. Under staffed. Won’t go there again.
