Update as of 2/22 : Temporarily Closed because of road construction. Dropped off my laundry at Provi Laundromat on the ground floor. I asked about a cafe, she suggested I try upstairs. Twistea is more than just a place to have coffee. There were a lot of items on the menu. I opted for a dessert it was excellent. Friendly staff. No credit cards just cash. Cozy place good for reading or studying or for catching up with friends.

It's not always easy to find health-conscious menu offerings in the Philippines, but this place delivers with a nice variety of choices. Even better is the fact that the food is delicious. The chicken tortilla soup would stand up against any I've tasted in the US.

Good atmosphere and space, quite Ambient and good furniture to go along with it. Enjoyed spending time here. Food is a bit pricey, but it's on par with the taste. The con is just the Air conditioning. Not upto the mark. Ambient music with BOSE speaker systems.
