Osaka Steak House - Davenport

We sat at the hibachi grill and it was wonderful. Our chef seemed to be having fun as well and was playful when interacting with us. I got the chicken and shrimp and they we're both so good. I also tried the steak which was excellent. It's a ton of food so definitely come hungry. You can still order off the menu here so we got some spicy tuna rolls. The hibachi does have a tofu and vegetable option if you're vegetarian, they also have lots of tofu on the main menu.

It was so much fun having my 97 year old Mom here celebrating her birthday. She had never been to an hibachi grill. Only problem is he botched the onion smoke signal and then he tried to shoot egg pieces into people's mouths. Let's have more tricks. But he made good food so I forgive him. Lots of great wine choices and good beer choices. We had a blast. Mom was happy

Surprised to see such authentic sushi/sashimi in freaking IA. Very good selection with fair prices. Some of the stuff is to die for. I had a sushi fix needed, and they ere across the road from the hotel. Nice, clean, quick service. Amaze-balls on the tuna.
