My problem was that, whatever girls who took the pickup jobs spot when I went there, must be trained to do their job customer service again. So I order 3 pieces of fish at 3:30. (That's it!) No pages, no food. Only 3 fried fish) Lady said it was ready in 20 minutes. I'm coming to Bobby Chez at 4:50. There was a line to the door. I wait in the line and it took 20-30mins to come before him. I'm telling the girl I've been following my name since she asked what name. She tells me it's not ready. I'm looking at my phone for the time and his 4:20p I looked at her confused and said what you think it's not ready. She says it's not ready for me to say that I ordered what you want in the Atlantic to get it an hour ago. She said we're very busy today so you just have to wait. I said when it's finished, I just stood in this line for 30 minutes for food I ordered 1.5 hours ago. The girl tries to take the next client, but I said no apologise me lil girl. You need to explain why my food is not ready or get your manager or something because this is unacceptable. The girl acts as if I was an rude customer, but come to find out the other girl who allegedly training in the register was doing a better job than the girl who treated me because she heard that I just ordered 3 pieces fish and said oh, that was done over an hour ago I saw the girl who tried to say my food was 't ready and said it is not done yet!. The secret why I was told that my food wasn't ready yet, but it sat right on the shelf is spirit blowing. It was the moment I went to Bobby-Cyz, but no single employee or customer said something and let me acknowledge because EVERYONE witness, as I was told about 4 times my food was not ready and how the girl just tried to help me and went to the next customer as she told me that my order was not ready when MY OR WAS SITTING ON THE SHELF. I was late to work for this stupidity. Nobody even apologised. They just jumped me quiet because they knew they were wrong. It probably does not work there anymore, but because of this experience.. I won't order or sit there any more. Literal unfuckingg incredible.

I stopped tonight. The food was very good. The atmosphere is more pleasant to a meeting point. There are stands and tables, but the place is very untidy. The floor had not been tied. The well drinks were flat and there was no ice cream. My food came into a container. When I ordered, I gave a dinning. The staff spent the whole time I was there on a facetime video chat with someone while at the front desk. I heard most of their personal conversations. I will not return to this place there are many other options.
My first visit to this location Hartford Corners, Delran, NJ (Last shop at the left end of the ShopRite shopping center) today 7/16/22 was very nice. Not busy. When I came to a customer other than me, I was present for the trip. There's no one. The restaurant was very clean with 3 employees. They wore gloves when handling food, were very pleasant and helpful. 1 Crab Cake (99.9% Crab meat) dish w/ a pan Sauteed Spinach in garlic $19.98. Not badly given today's climate. A delicious personal treat for me. I was very happy. A hidden gem?
First time. We love this place. The food is super delicious and abundant. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is also very clean. Totally recommended.
