Zapata's Mexican - Delta

We stopped at Topaz Mountain in Delta after an afternoon. First and very important is the salsa and it was fresh and tasteful. We finished our first serving pretty fast. I had the beef chimichanga and it was one of the best I had eaten! It was filled with meat, cheese, beans and roasted for perfection. The service was great and it was a clean and comfortable place to eat. I would definitely stop there and probably order the same!

I don't know what I ordered, but it was delicious. On the way to Topaz mt. Would come back. Looks a little funny out there, but it's great good inside. space is super clean; even the toilets

Dear Zapatas! Very nice food and the dining area and the kitchen are always very clean. The staff is friendly and the service is great! I eat here at least once a week.

My wife and mother-in-law traveled around Utah and came over this diamond in the Utah cave. This restaurant was surprisingly tasty and for a small town, my wife didn't expect any size, but the waitress was extraordinarily pleasant, even though it was a bit waiting for nobody in the restaurant. My MiL got the crispy shredded beef taco/chili relleno and my wife got a crushed chicken burrito with green sauce. They also divided a crushed beef. The MiL dish was cooked for perfection, so for a very savory and moist shredded beef, with the Relleno had just enough kick with excellent flavored cheese to make the dish extremely pleasant. The burrito was filled with rice/bean/meat/cask and was also delicious. This is certainly a place to stop when you travel as it is a beautiful clean and tasty Mexican cafe.
