However, the experience was slightly ruined by the loud noise of motor bikes passing by on the main road just a few feet away. It's worth noting that this is not the fault of the staff and there are tables upstairs that would likely be quieter.
This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was impressed by the incredibly friendly staff, the comfortable seating area, and the delicious food. The milkshakes and coffee were particularly outstanding.
I always have breakfast at this place before heading out for a day of paddling on the Dee River, and Rebekah never disappoints! The sausage sandwiches are fantastic, and the full breakfasts are well-priced and very generous in portion size. The hot chocolate is top-notch, with no watered-down taste. They also offer a selection of Teapigs teas. I have tried their sandwiches to go and they were delicious and filling. They have a variety of cakes available, although I have yet to try them, they look very appetizing. You can choose to dine in or take your food to go, and the upstairs seating area offers a lovely view of Town Falls. What really sets this place apart is Rebekah's constant smile, friendly demeanor, and ability to remember her customers, even those who only visit Wales once a month. I will definitely be returning!
Love this place staff where so helpful and good options for vegans. Will visit again when passing. Looks like the staff really care.
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Finley's Cafe. The lady who looked after us was very helpful and friendly. The coffee was lovely and hot and made with oat milk as requested. We chose the falafel wrap and smoky jackfruit and shared. Both were really tasty and we couldn't choose our favourite. We even had vegan mayo for the side salad. Thank you Finley's we look forward to visiting again soon.
