The restaurant shows promising potential but fell short on important aspects. We followed recommendations to visit this hidden gem, authentic Mexican restaurant. The service was a bit inattentive, and the menus were outdated in terms of both offerings and prices. Blaming COVID for these issues seemed outdated as well. Although we enjoyed our meals and overall experience, we felt we missed out on better menu options. We hope the restaurant will consider lowering their prices so that we can give them another try.
The food at this restaurant is both authentic and delicious, especially the tacos birria. The atmosphere is local and welcoming. However, there are a few cons to note. The prices are on the higher side, with an order of tacos birria and chicken fajitas costing between $35-40 without drinks, which may be considered expensive for a small restaurant. The service was also lacking, with minimal interaction from the staff - they took our order, delivered the food, and only checked on us once. We had to go to the front register for refills and to pay the bill, which was never brought to us.
Food was made fresh. I got pollo a la parilla. Came with jalapenos n stir fried style onions.. With beans and rice.. Reminds me of how its made in Mexico with same authentic taste.
Some of the best/fresh Mexican food in colorado. They grill their chicken outside daily. The food is amazing. Must go for sure. Fresh waters are wonderful.
