If you go there, please be aware, on Saturdays, you are only allowed to park for one hour, not two that everywhere else on the Wyvern has. If the screen had been on the counter to log our car registration number we would have used it. We inadvertently overstayed our welcome by 12 minutes, parking ticket arrived in the post for £100, £60 if paid quickly. The restaurant asked if we were eating in but didn’t tell us to register the car reg number. Surely they should have a duty of care towards their customers? Will not be frequenting this establishment again.
Ordered a Double whopper meal when I got to the table the burger was cold I went back to the counter and 2 people in the back continued to ignore me standing there even when I shouted they said someone would come by the time someone did come and I got back to the table my chips had then gone cold dreadful customer service
This place is awful Manager only one any good, teenage staff disinterested, standing around, scruffy, barely speak and when they do they're Long wait, chips cold. Constant queue of delivery drivers so customers in store at disadvantage. So bad it became amusing in a sad way.
I was really looking forward to going to Burger King because we've had great meals there before. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. The fries were cold, we had to wait for a refill on our soft drinks because the machine needed to be refilled, and the entire restaurant was dirty. There was a huge spider web with about 20 spiders just outside the entrance. I won't be returning to that location.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I am shocked that they are still in business and doubt they will be for much longer. The bread was extremely stale and the burgers seemed to have been overcooked, reheated, overcooked again, and then reheated once more. It was absolutely revolting. I will never be returning to this establishment. The food was burnt and the bread was stale beyond belief. If I lived closer, I would have returned everything and demanded a refund. It is embarrassing that they are selling such low-quality food, especially considering the high prices. It is a shame because the staff I interacted with were actually quite pleasant.
