Starbucks - Derby

Observed employee eating then immediately handle food for customer. Same employee touching face then filling bottles at register. Employee drinking personal drink while operating the oven. At no point did I witness any kind of cleanliness or sanitization of hands or surfaces.

Enjoyed our hot chocolate and girl talk. I wish you had some gluten free food items besides cheese.

Classic Starbucks… You can order the same drink every time you go but it will never taste the same from one time to the next. Consistency is terrible… The other problem here is about half the time they forget to put all the ingredients in your coffee. Many times I have had to go back because they forgot to add espresso to a latte or I have gone to far away from the store before I taste it and just have to waste a $5+ cup of coffee. I went to Starbucks to get a drink today. I usually go and there is no problem, but today it was ridiculous. First off I went in and I got my order taken which was fine the guy was very sweet and polite and I got my order taken and paid for in a timely manner. Howe ever I had to wait for one small pink drink for almost thirty minutes. They acted like they had no clue what they were doing, and they just talked about everything non work related. Everything time I order ahead in the app it always take 20—30 mins to have my drink ready. I waited 11 mins before picking up my drink then it when I got there I had to wait another 10 mins for them to make it. I order ahead because I need to pick it up and go. This is absolutely unexceptionable.
