Taco Bell - Derby

Horrible drive through service. Got my order wrong and had the window shut on me when I asked to fix it. I was forced to come back around through the drive through and Les was rude the entire process.

First lobby was to open until 9pm, arrived at 8:20pm and was locked. Went drive through asked they said management wants it closed early. If so change signs when closing. The food was the best. Very little lettuce on tacos, been sitting to long. The taco had very bad taste. Very little Lettuce and meat. The crew at drive through was ok. Just typical fast food anymore. Bad and cost more for less.

8/10/22 my family and I approached taco hell off rock road. the store opens at 7 we arrived at 840 in hopes to get breakfast. The staff explained there were closed and only had one worker. Why only one worker. why not be open an hour and half after ur supposed too . these are questions i’m asking my self as i drive home hungry…

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell in the area, never have I come home with my order the way I ordered it. And 90% of the time this location isn't even open at 9 pm.

They always get my order wrong, and they are also very rude. Today I ordered ahead a nacho bell grande with jalp added and some sauce packets on the side. When I got to the window they shoved a box at me and slammed the window. I waited and asked for sauce packets and they handed them to me and slammed the window again. The nachos did not have jalp, and had a jalp sauce added to it. I double checked to make sure I didn't order it wrong. And this happens Everytime.
