The sauce is incredibly delicious and flavorful, even for someone like me who is very picky about BBQ sauce. Our server Nicole was attentive and knowledgeable. Our drinks were constantly refilled. The wait for our food was short. I also tried a high quality wheat beer which was excellent. Coming from a person with high standards, I can confidently say that Buffalo Wild Wings is top-notch!
After a long day, we were relieved to have an early dinner at the restaurant. Surprisingly, there were only 3 tables occupied including ours. However, it took a while for our food to arrive. When we asked for samples of the honey-BQ sauce and sweet sauce, we were given the wrong sauces, one of which had curry in it. Unfortunately, when our meals finally arrived, it was evident that my husband's order had the wrong sauce. He had requested mild sauce but received something very sharp. While it was not the worst dining experience, the mix-up with the sauce and the slow service, especially with so few customers, makes it unlikely that we will return.
I arrived at the restaurant at 11:30 and there was only one other table occupied. The staff seemed busy but no one noticed me for a while. After finally being seated, I waited another 15 minutes before the general manager came to take my order. He was friendly and I ordered traditional wings with fries, choosing Thai curry sauce. It took a long time for the food to arrive, but it was good. I appreciated the extra plate provided for the bones. However, no one brought me the bill and after waiting for a long time, I had to go to the counter. The cashier said he couldn't process my payment without a bill. I signaled a server who quickly attended to me. My lunch came to a total of $12, including a 15% tip. Despite the mediocre service, I didn't feel inclined to leave a bad review. However, there are many other places I would choose to eat at before returning to this particular establishment. On the upside, they had a great selection of sports coverage on the numerous TVs and a variety of sauces for the wings. I decided to give them another chance for dinner a few months later. Unfortunately, the black bean burger I ordered was overcooked, but the cheese curds were delicious. My friend's bacon cheeseburger was also tasty.
Good food, nothing special. I have the chicken cups with chips and quad. For two people our meals lasted 20 minutes or more and there was no lunch break. It was interesting that the waitress brought me my chicken tacos and we had to wait another 5 to 8 minutes until my friend his meal... probably not a place I would go back soon.
Despite not being that busy, it still took us roughly 20 minutes to get a drink. While waiting for our food, they delivered the wrong food to other customers that arrived after we did. When we did finally get our food, I was disappointed for the most part. The fries were possibly the worst I've ever had. Stale, cardboard n flavorless. The margarita which was my first ever tasted nasty. The only thing I enjoyed was the boneless wings I got even if they gave me the wrong amount. This place needs to step it up. Even the booth we sat at was completely not connected and almost fell apart when we got up to leave. Not a good 1st visit to this place. 2nd time here and they didn't have any Buffalo sauce on my boneless wings. The waiters were absent minded. They delivered sauces we didn't ask for. Tried delivering fries we didn't order. The Mule was not good making me never want to drink there again. Both times here I found myself not happy when I left.
